Whilst stock taking I realised there are a lot of herbs that don’t get used very often so I am setting out on a herbal discovery- each herb I have I will be researching and making my own monologue, whilst getting to know the herb better on a personal note. I have already done Acorus calamus and have learned so much. I skipped Achillea, so that will be next!

Acorus shines out for its use in the digestive tract, but also as a way to focus the mind particularly when studying.
